Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative space where you can slow down, reflect, and work through the challenges that are impacting your life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally disconnected, or navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, or life transitions, therapy offers a supportive and nonjudgmental environment to help you move forward.

My approach to individual therapy is tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and meaningful change. Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, build resilience, and create a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

Individual therapy sessions are a place where you can show up as you are and be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
I provide weekly therapy to adults ages 18 and older located in California. Individual sessions are typically scheduled for 50 minutes.

EMDR Individual Consultation for Therapists

I offer individual EMDR consultation for therapists who are working toward EMDR certification or who want additional support integrating EMDR into their clinical practice. These consultations are designed to strengthen your confidence, clinical skills, and understanding of the EMDR model while honoring your development as a clinician.

Consultation sessions may include case conceptualization, protocol guidance, troubleshooting blocks, resourcing strategies, ethical considerations, and support around working with complex trauma presentations. My consultation style is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in clinical integrity—offering both structure and flexibility based on your learning needs.

Whether you are newly trained in EMDR or seeking deeper refinement of your practice, individual consultation provides a focused space to grow, reflect, and feel supported in your work.

Extended Sessions

Extended sessions are available for clients who may benefit from longer appointment times. These sessions can be especially helpful for trauma processing, EMDR work, intensive therapeutic work, or when there is a desire to go deeper without feeling rushed.

Longer sessions allow for more spaciousness, regulation, and integration within the therapeutic process. They can support greater continuity of work and provide time to process complex material at a pace that feels safe and contained.

Extended sessions are scheduled intentionally and collaboratively to ensure they align with your treatment goals and emotional capacity.

Prices vary depending on length of extended session, please reach out for more information.

15-Minute Free Consult Call

Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and it’s okay to want to ask questions before committing to therapy. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call so you can get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

During this call, you’re welcome to briefly share what you’re looking for, ask questions about my approach, and learn more about how therapy or consultation might support you. This is a no-pressure conversation designed to help you make an informed and confident choice about next steps.

If it feels aligned, we can discuss scheduling and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
